I might have dining rooms on the mind as we finish our kitchen/dining room renovation and I begin to think about the fun of putting my house back together. But many of us also host or have family and friends over for meals during the holiday season. I might be hosting Christmas this year which makes me all sorts of excited, I have a ways to go before I feel ready to call my rooms complete.
I love to GO BIG in dining room art. Case in point: my last dining room art, courtesy of a society 6 canvas and a tutorial from Angela Rose Home.
And most of the dining rooms I love are ones that have a big focal piece of art.
I’ve also recently revealed a love for vintage. Maybe it’s living in a 1960’s house or my love for a little quirky- whimsy in my home, but my new dining space doesn’t have much wall real estate for big scale print. A small vintage frame might be what my space needs.
Art is highly personalized, but I corralled a few of my current favs from 2 different print shops that might make the cut in my new dining space!
Juniper Print Shop
What I love about Juniper Print Shop is not only their gorgeous selection, but they have affordability in mind. Their digital downloads allow you to print at your leisure, or you can chose one of many standard (and giant! ) sized prints. Here are a few of my current favs for dining rooms. All would look good as stand alone, or a part of a gallery wall.
BFF PRINT SHOP
Pretty much the same as Juniper Print Shop, but a whole new selection of prints and collections, every page has some pretty serious eye candy!
I know some people might think that a Giant T Rex on their walls would be to childish, but can’t you imagine watching your guests finally see the monochrome T Rex hanging out in the seemingly pretty landscape picture? I don’t like following rules for art; If you love it, do it!
Whatever you choose for art, make sure you love it!
